Gwen Barker: The founder of Logenii, is a human resource consultant and practitioner addressing the human resource needs of IT organizations.

Although the focus of her work is with IT organizations, Gwen delivers results for various functions in an organization in these areas:

Competency model, job structure (job families, job title/descriptions and associated compensation leveling)
Work analysis, skills and motivational assessment at the organizational level, workgroup level and individual level
HR baseline assessment and associated HR transformation for a function (IT, Finance, etc.)
Surveys and research on HR issues, organizational structures and new practices
IT outsource client advocate through RFP, vendor selection and transition with focus on impacted and retained staff
