Case:
The business needs a variable cost approach to I/T services while leveraging I/T for business value.

Service:
Functioned as I/T HR advisor on vendor selection and contractual terms to outsource selected services of a global I/T organization involving the transition of 3100 employees to CSC and Andersen Consulting. 95% of the targeted I/T organization transitioned to the vendors.

Case:
Growing I/T demands required this CIO to make a decision to either build a corporate data center or outsource the services to an external provider. A study recommended outsourcing the services to sustain technology renewal and future expansion.

Service:
Led the HR and communications efforts in a $150MM outsourcing contract to IBM. Achieved transition of 85% of the staff to the outsourcer. Communications and change management efforts resulted in a highly motivated and productive team that transitioned over 100 computers between facilities without service disruption one month earlier than scheduled.
